Responsibilities and Duties
- Should be good in Numbers/Quotations/Formulas on MS Excel Spread Sheet
- Good in follow-up, Problem solving Techniques
- Highly Analytical.
- Should be good at communication skills, Written and Verbal.
- Support to sales team.
- Data Comparison using unique algorithms on Spread Sheet.
- Handling more than 2 clients and data for a center of 20 Sales Agents.
- Analyzing and monitoring the financials of Business bank accounts.
- Candidates having experience in sales and Automobile sector is preferable.
- Coordinating with Vendors for Job activities
- Point of contact between shipper/Consignee & Vendors
- Preparing Daily Sales Reports
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Min 1 years of experience in US Call Center / BPO
- Good Communication Skills
- Should have handled team in the past
- Should be a Graduate/MBA
- Age (doesn’t matter)
- Fixed Weekly Off (Sat & Sun)
- NO Rotational Shift
- 9 Hours Fixed
